Prior to beginning our process, we will schedule a 20 minute phone call to discuss your project further. From there, here is what you can expect:
This is an information gathering session, and may feel like an interview. We’ll meet and ask lots of [sometimes personal] questions, tour the space, discuss your wants, needs, style, budget and timeline.
We will prepare this proposal for your review and approval, which will highlight the general scope of our interior design services, budget and timeline. This will also list the estimated design hours we believe it will require to complete your project or a flat fee, whichever is most applicable. The bottom line is no one likes unexpected expenses - and we will be as upfront and transparent as possible.
We'll present to you a preliminary space plan and design direction to get your feedback. From there, a more formal plan will be presented. Elements of the presentation may include:
Floor Plans & Elevations
3D Sketches and/or CAD Renderings
Fixture & Finish Selections
During this time, we will obtain quotes and lead times from our vendors, as well as submit to trade partners for their input and fee proposals. We'll also source the best pieces for your design at the best prices.
We'll handle all the heavy lifting, keep a clean and tidy environment and oversee the handling and installation of all furniture and accessories. We will complete your project by styling & accessorizing your space.
